Thank you for your time. I would like to talk to you about a program to drive people through your doors and strengthen the community at the same time. Community Pay it Forward Fundraising Program is about to roll out our easier to manage, easier to navigate, and easier to donate program. Our mission stays the same as we invite people to visit local merchants who are willing to donate a portion of sales to causes to Northern Colorado Causes with a proof of purchase in the way of a receipt or invoice turned in to Community Pay it Forward.

          That’s it. No extra work, no extra effort by you or your employees. Best yet, very little work for your customers. They take a picture of the receipt then upload it to the website after choosing the cause they wish to support. We then once a month invoice you with all those who have visited you through the Community Pay it Forward Fundraising Program. We call this Driven Marketing. Because we are not a 501c3 program that gives you Non-Profit tax privileges, our Driven Marketing Program allows our Fundraising and Sponsorship Partners the capability to write this program off under your marketing budget.

          Why will people choose our partners over merchants? People inherently like to donate to causes that touch their heart, our program;

  1. Gives them a vast list to choose from and allows them to donate multiple times in one day.

  2. Helps people with tight financial restraints donate to causes. We do not a have money we can spare to donate, but to survive, we all need to shop. Giving people the chance to donate because of where they choose to shop.

  3. Gives people the chance to donate when they can. The only limitations are business hours. This helps people who frequently have to work during prime fundraising times.

  4. Our partners are giving people a chance to make a difference. They realize that the coupon or discount they receive from a place would be nice but giving that $5 to a family is the difference between milk, cereal or hunger.

But this can only happen with the help from our community merchants. Please allow us a moment to show you how this program would work if someone was looking to put together a poker run in Northern Colorado. Our search will start by visiting www.CommunityPIF.com;


We will start our search at the new www.CommunityPIF.com and navigate our way to Community Pay it Forward List button. Starting from the homepage, this is how you would find a service you are looking for.

On the next page we find a general subject we are looking for, in our example, Event Services;

 

you would then find the sub service and narrow the search to our exact need, in this example, Poker Runs;

The next pages you will find the Participating Partners and what they offer. This is a list of our Silver Partners.

Gold and Platinum Partners will be listed larger, with more available information.

At the bottom of the page you will find a scrolling box with posts of our Gold and Platinum Partners. There is also a box to leave your thoughts and rate your experience which will be shared with you and you can add it to your website. We will then link from your site to ours and people can use this service to help make decisions. We will allow you to manage the comments so you can manage them as you see fit.

          We are building the site to allow our partners the opportunity as much exposure as they would like. In the preceding example, these businesses could choose to be in Restaurants and Bars/ Small or Medium Events/ American Food/ Pizza/ Live Music and more. Then they can make themselves stand out. Key Largo Lounge could choose to also place themselves In pool and dart tournaments, while you would find G5 Brew Pub under Micro Brewery or Craft Beer. Your business can appear wherever people need you to be.

          There are three different packages to choose from:

 

  1. Silver- $50 per year: This option you will have your name in print added to the CommunityPIF.com Partnership List, with linked name printed on your main Industry Classification. You can add additional placements for $100 a year. Name information and logo listed in the Community Cares Outreach, Event, & Entertainment Book, online at ComCaresBook.com which will launch on January 1st, 2020.

  2. Gold- $600 Per Year: base price plus percentage commission  with this package, you will have your information box added to the CommunityPIF Partnership List, your company will be listed in five operation heading locations, $50 a year for additional placements. Your logo will appear on the handouts and You will have your ¼ page add  including linked access to your media in the Colorado Cares Community Cause, Partner, & Events Online Book, ComCaresBook.com. At the bottom of the Partner List Pages, their book ad will appear in a Scrolling Ad Box. Your ad will appear on no less than 5 pages that you are not featured. This will give you the maximum exposure that you deserve for being a caring Fundraising or Sponsorship Partner.

  3. Platinum- $1500 Per Year plus percentage commission This option you will have your Information Box added to the CommunityPIF Partnership List in up to 10 operation headings, $30 a year for additional placements. your logo added to our information handouts and a 3rd page add  including linked access to your media in the Colorado Cares Community Cause, Partner, & Events Online Book, ComCaresBook.com. You will also be a sponsor of five of our yearly events, and your brand will appear on one of our Community Shirts, we produce at least one a year. At the bottom of the Exact needs page (Item 3), their book ad will appear in a solo sponsorship spot on at least 10 pages that you are not featured. This will give you the maximum exposure that you deserve for being a caring Fundraising or Sponsorship Partner.
